The enactment of"Community Correction Law"has great guiding significance for the work of community correction.The expression of the objects of community correction,the demarcation of the functions and powers of the correction institutions and the obligations confirmation of the correction objects have laid the foundation for the orderly operation of the work of community correction in China.As one of the ways of penalty execution,the definition of the nature of community correction needs to examine the characteristics of the correction object.At present,although the development of community correction has made great progress,the responsible authorities for different types of correction objects due to disciplinary violations are still unclear,the power lines of correction institutions are still unclear,and the relief channels for correction objects after their rights and interests are harmed are not smooth.Therefore,based on the normative laws,the receiving organ should be determined after correction objects violates the discipline so as to avoid reducing the receiving efficiency and harming social security because of the uncertainty of the receiving organs.In addition,it is also necessary to make up the lack of power of community correction institutions and increase the coordination and cooperation responsibilities of other institutions to help supervise correction objects.At the same time,the corrected object should be given the right to complain and so on to protect their basic human rights.
