Underlying the Dorm Fight:A Phenomenological Interpretation of the Behavioral Logic of"the Pseudo-strong"
Fighting among college students and violating school rules and regulations cause the serious negative effects.It is difficult to make both parties be convinced to adopt traditional mediation,criticism and education with limited effects,With phenomenological methods,this case study deeply analyzes the heart-fragile,self-contemptuous,and helpless experiences under student Z's fighting behavior.By rejecting traditional handling methods,it focuses on student Z's campus life and family communication situation to reveal his inner activities as a"pseudo-strongman"and his external behavior.Ultimately,it explores student Z's inner desire to become a"true strongman"through in-depth dialogue,and guides him towards transformation by using methods such as"dialogue","exploration",and"giving".Based on phenomenology and with the approach of human-centered,experience-focused,this study tries to provide more comprehensive and effective strategies for dealing with similar situations.
