人工智能时代下高职学生情绪劳动教育的价值探究——以酒店管理与数字化运营专业为例

酒店服务和管理工作环境是高压力的、长时间的、与人打交道的,情绪劳动是酒店服务价值的重要组成部分.学生的情绪管理能力直接决定了其未来职业发展空间,而当前高职酒店管理与数字化专业存在课堂教学重视技能、忽略服务意识培养等问题.学校需要认清旅游行业不同企业用人特征,通过情绪劳动教育有效提升职业品格、职业知识和职业能力,重点关注人工智能时代下情绪劳动新领域,帮助学生提高自身综合素养,从而更加轻松地应对新的职业挑战.
Research on the Value of Emotional Labor Education for Higher Vocational College Students in the Age of Artificial Intelligence——Taking the Major of Hotel Management and Digital Operation as an Example
Hotel service and management work environment is of high-pressure,long-time,and people-to-people,and emotional labor is an important part of the value of hotel service.The students'emotion management ability directly decides the future career development space,while some problems,such as attaching importance to skills in classroom teaching and neglecting the cultivation of service consciousness and so on,exist in hotel management and digital major of the current higher vocational education.Higher vocational colleges need to recognize the different labor characteristics of the typical enterprises in the hotel industry,to promote the professional character,professional knowledge and professional ability effectively through emotional labor education,and pay more attention to the new field of emotional labor in the age of artificial intelligence so as to help students improve their comprehensive quality and deal with the new career challenges more easily.
