With the development of artificial intelligence and network paperless office,electronic invoice has been gradually used in university office work,which not only saves office time but also promotes"Green"office in colleges and universities.According to the present situation and the practical predicament of the utilization of electronic invoice in finance paperless reimbursement in many colleges and universities,some measures for adjustment are put forward in this paper.
