共建共融:新文科下的"现代管理学"课程思政建设研究

新文科与课程思政建设一脉相通,两者共建共融,既可发挥文科教育特有的价值塑造和道德培育功能,也可深化课程思政建设立德育人本色.探讨经管类专业核心课程"现代管理学"课程思政建设中的建设方式极端化、思政素材挖掘不充分且融合不深以及实践教学环节薄弱等与新文科建设的培育交叉学科视野、培植本土化素养以及培养实践能力等内在要求的偏离,剖析教师思想认识不全面、基层教学单位机制运行不畅和学校考核评价机制不合理等成因,提出提升思想认识、加强运行机制建设、完善课程考核评价机制等对策,以建强主力军队伍、筑牢幕后主阵地和发挥全线指挥所的方向引领作用,进而实现新文科与"现代管理学"课程思政共建共融.
Co-construction and Co-fusion:Research on Ideological and Political Construction of Modern Management Course under the Background of New Liberal Arts
The New Liberal Arts and the curriculum ideological and political construction have come down in one continuous line,so they construct together,which can not only play the unique function of liberal arts education—value shaping and moral cultivation,but also deepen the moral education in curriculum based ideological and political education.There are some problems discussed here about the curriculum ideological and political construction of Modern Management course—the extreme construction methods,insufficient ideological and political materials mining and integration,and weak practical teaching,which deviate from the internal requirements of the New Liberal Arts—the cultivation of inter-disciplinary vision,localization competencies and the practical ability.Then the related cause was analyzed including the ideological understanding of teachers was not profound;the operation of grass-roots teaching unit mechanism was poor;the assessment and evaluation mechanism of schools was unreasonable and so on.Finally,some countermeasures are to be put forward to implement the co-construction and co-fusion of the New Liberal Arts and the curriculum-based ideological and political education of Modern Management course by improving the ideological understanding to build a strong team,strengthening the construction of operation mechanism to consolidate a main battle position,and improving the assessment and evaluation mechanism of the course to play the leading role of the whole command post.
