高职院校机械专业产教融合教学策略研究

产教融合是产业发展的内在要求,也是职业教育发展的必然选择.2014-2023年这十年,国务院及其部委多次印发文件高位布局产教融合,职业院校与企业产教融合硕果累累,涌现出校企共建的现代产业学院、产教融合实训基地、产教融合实践中心、市域产教联合体、省级行业产教融合共同体等多种产教融合实体,推动产教融合快速发展.针对高职院校机械专业在产教融合改革中出现的融什么、怎么融、技能差、不会教等具有普遍意义的问题,提出完善课程体系与内容、加强产教融合师资队伍和实训基地建设、提高专业教师的实践动手能力等策略,从专业和教师两个层面对教学策略进行了研究.
A Study of the Teaching Strategy of the Integration of Industry and Education of Mechanical Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges
Industry-education integration is an inherent requirement for the development of industries and an inevitable choice for the development of vocational education.In the decade from 2014 to 2023,the State Council and its ministries and commissions have repeatedly issued documents on the integration of industry and education.The integration of production and education between vocational colleges and enterprises has yielded fruitful results and a variety of entities for the integration of production and education have emerged,such as modern industrial colleges jointly built by schools and enterprises,industry-education integration training bases,industry-education integration practice centers,city-level industry-education integration communities,and province-level industry-education integration communities,to promote the rapid development of the integration of industry and education.In order to solve the problems which generally exist in the reform of the integration of production and education of mechanical majors in higher vocational colleges,such as what to integrate,how to integrate,poor skills and inability,some strategies,such as perfecting the curriculum system and content,strengthening the teachers'team and the construction of training base,and improving the practical ability of professional teachers,are put forward.The teaching strategies are studied from the levels of major and teachers.
