Rapid determination of pentachlorophenol residues in honey by HPLC-MS/MS
A method for rapid determination of pentachlorophenol residues in honey by HPLC-MS/MS was established. The sample was extracted by ammoniated ethyl acetate(9 ∶ 1,V ∶ V),concentrated and determined by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry, and quantified by internal standard method.Under the optimal conditions, the recovery ranged from 93.5%to 101.3%at the three spiked levels(0.5,2.0 and 10.0 μg·kg-1)and the relative standard deviations ranged from 4.30%to 6.82%.The limits of detection and quantification were 0.2 and 0.5 μg·kg-1,respectively.This method is simple, fast, and reliable, and can be used to determine pentachlorophenol residues in honey.
