摘要

文章建立了应用 HPLC-MS/MS 快速测定蜂蜜中五氯酚残留的分析方法.样品经氨化乙酸乙酯(9 ∶ 1,V ∶ V)涡旋超声提取,提取液经氮气吹干,液相色谱串联质谱测定,内标法定量.在五氯酚添加浓度为0.5、2.0、10.0 μg·kg-1 时,回收率为 93.5%~101.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为 4.30%~6.82%,其检出限和定量限分别为 0.2 μg·kg-1 和 0.5 μg·kg-1.结果表明,此方法操作简单快捷、灵敏度高、重复性好、环保可靠,完全适用于蜂蜜中五氯酚残留量的测定.

Abstract

A method for rapid determination of pentachlorophenol residues in honey by HPLC-MS/MS was established.The sample was extracted by ammoniated ethyl acetate(9 ∶ 1,V ∶ V),concentrated and determined by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry,and quantified by internal standard method.Under the optimal conditions,the recovery ranged from 93.5%to 101.3%at the three spiked levels(0.5,2.0 and 10.0 μg·kg-1)and the relative standard deviations ranged from 4.30%to 6.82%.The limits of detection and quantification were 0.2 and 0.5 μg·kg-1,respectively.This method is simple,fast,and reliable,and can be used to determine pentachlorophenol residues in honey.
