摘要
种业安全关系到国家安全,种业科技人员的素质决定了种业科技创新水平.以 182 名种业科技人员为研究对象,通过线上问卷和现场座谈的方式,深入分析当前种业科技人才队伍的科研工作现状和存在的问题,并从优化种业科技人才考核评价机制、细化利益分配机制、科企融合发展激发种业人才创新活力三个方面提出建设高素质新时代种业科技队伍、推动种业振兴发展的对策建议.
Abstract
The security of seed industry in the new era is related to national security,and the quality of seed industry science and technology talents determine the level of scientific and technological innovation in seed industry.In this study,182 seed industry science and technology talents were selected as the research object,through online questionnaire and live discussion,in-depth analysis of the current seed industry of science and technology talents research present situation and problems was carried out,and the related suggestions and countermeasures were put forward from the optimization of science and technology talents evaluation mechanism,refining profit distribution mechanism,the enterprise integration development stimulating seed industry talent innovation,in order to provide reference for construction of seed industry science and technology team,as well as promote the development of seed industry revitalization in new era.
