为了明确小麦新品种漯麦 76 籽粒灌浆特性,给该品种高产栽培提供依据,以漯麦 76 和对照品种郑麦 113 与偃展 4110 为供试材料,使用 Logistic方程拟合籽粒灌浆过程,分析灌浆参数与千粒重之间的相关性。并通过河南省品种试验数据资料,分析漯麦 76 产量三要素对产量的影响。结果表明,3 个品种籽粒千粒重呈"S"形增长,成熟时漯麦 76 千粒重达到 56。25 g,最大灌浆速率为 2。42 g·d-1,平均灌浆速率为 1。37 g·d-1,均优于对照品种,中后期灌浆快、积累量大,且平均灌浆速率与千粒重呈极显著正相关。千粒重、穗数以及穗粒数这三要素对漯麦 76 产量的提升存在不同的影响,总效应大小依次为千粒重>穗数>穗粒数。因此,生产实践中,除了确保有效穗数,还要注重稳定穗粒数,采取加强灌浆期水肥管理的措施,提高千粒重,以此来实现三要素协调提高,从而达到漯麦 76 的高产目标。
Grain filling characteristics and yield analysis of wheat new variety Luomai 76
In order to clarify the grain filling characteristics of the new wheat variety Luomai 76 and provide a basis for the high-yield cultivation of this wheat variety,Luomai 76 and the control varieties Zhengmai 113 and Yanzhan 4110 were used as test materials,and the Logistic equation was used to fit the grain filling process,and the correlation between grain filling parameters and 1 000-grain weight was analyzed.Through the variety test data of Henan Province,the effects of the three factors on the yield of Luomai 76 were analyzed.The results showed that the 1 000-grain weight of the three varieties increased in an"S"shape,and the 1 000-grain weight of Luomai 76 reached 56.25 g,the maximum grain filling rate was 2.42 g·d-1,and the average grain filling rate was 1.37 g·d-1,all of which were better than those of the control varieties.The 1 000-grain weight,the number of spikes and the number of grains per spike had different effects on the increase of yield of Luomai 76,and the total effect showed as 1 000-grain weight>number of spikes>number of grains per spike.Therefore,in production practice,in addition to ensuring the effective number of spikes,it is also necessary to pay attention to stabilizing the number of grains per spike,taking measures to strengthen the management of water and fertilizer during the grain filling stage,and increasing the 1 000-grain weight,and futher achieve the coordinated improvement of the three factors,and futher achieve the high yield goal of Luomai 76.
