水稻恶苗病防治药剂筛选试验

摘要
水稻恶苗病是重要的水稻病害.选择 6 种药剂进行了药剂筛选试验,并进行了新型药剂 200 g·L-1氟唑菌酰羟胺悬浮剂的浸种试验,通过室内发芽率测定等试验评价 25%咪鲜胺水乳剂和 25%氰烯菌酯悬浮剂桶混的安全性.结果表明,25%咪鲜胺水乳剂和 25%氰烯菌酯悬浮剂桶混浸种 48 h对杂交稻芽和根的生长有抑制作用,但对出芽率无显著影响.药剂筛选试验发现,各处理 2 a防治效果不稳定,但当前 25%氰烯菌酯悬浮剂防治效果不佳,0.3%四霉素水剂的防治效果相对较好.200 g·L-1 氟唑菌酰羟胺悬浮剂 500~8000 倍均有较好的防治效果,显著优于对照药剂 25%氰烯菌酯悬浮剂.200 g·L-1 氟唑菌酰羟胺悬浮剂 500 和 1000 倍各小区均未查到恶苗病病株.0.3%四霉素水剂和 200 g·L-1 氟唑菌酰羟胺悬浮剂可以用于防治水稻恶苗病.
Abstract
Rice bakanae disease is an important rice disease.Six agents were selected for the screening test,and the soaking test of 200 g·L-1 fluazole hydroxylamine suspension,the safety of 25%prochloraz aqueous emulsion and 25%cyanostrobin suspension was evaluated by indoor germination rate measurement and other tests.The results showed that the mixed soaking of 25%prochloraz aqueous emulsion and 25%cyanostrobin suspension in barrels for 48 h had an inhibitory effect on the growth of hybrid rice shoots and roots,but had no significant effect on the germination rate.The results of the screening test showed that the control effect of each treatment was unstable for 2 years,but the control effect of 25%cyanostrobin suspension was not good,and the control effect of 0.3%tetramycin aqueous solution was relatively good.200 g·L-1 fluazole hydroxylamine suspension 500-8000 times had a good control effect,which was significantly better than the control agent 25%cyanostrobin suspension.No disease was found in any of the plots after 500 and 1000 times of 200 g·L-1 fluazole hydroxylamine suspension treatment.0.3%tetramycin aqueous solution and 200 g·L-1 fluazole hydroxylamine suspension can be used for the prevention and control of rice bakanae disease.
