In view of the current situation of labor-intensive and time-consuming fertilization in the production of fresh maize,this study used the mixture of organic fertilizer+ordinary fertilizer and the replacement of ordinary urea with slow-release urea to carry out the research on light and simplified fertilization technology of fresh maize.The results showed that the application effect of organic fertilizer and slow-release urea in the production of fresh maize was good,and it played a significant role in promoting the commercialization of ears,improving fertilizer use efficiency and saving labor.Different varieties of fresh maize have different requirements for fertilizer,so it is necessary to pay attention to the good cultivation techniques with the varieties.The two varieties achieved high yields and benefits under the condition of using 120 kg of commercial organic fertilizer,50 kg of ternary compound fertilizer(N 17％,P2O5 17％,K2O 17％)and 10.45 kg of slow-release urea per 667 m2 without topdressing.
