Comparative analysis of pesticide residue limits in broccoli from China,Japan and Korea
Broccoli is one of the main export vegetables in China.Japan and Korea are important export markets of broccoli.Failure of pesticide residue is one of the most common reasons for broccoli to be notified abroad.This reseach summarized the current maximum residue limit standards for broccoli in China,Japan,and Korea,and compared the set pesticide quantity,variety,function,and the degree of strictness of the limit values;at the same time,based on the import monitoring measures taken by Japan and Korea on Chinese broccoli,we focused on comparing the limit settings of five key projects of concern in Japan and Korea,including procymidone,haloxyfop-methyl,metolachlor,propamocarb,and dimethomorph,etc.By comprehensively comparing the results,the differences in limited quantity standards between China,Japan,and Korea were analyzed,and three suggestions were proposed to improve the limited quantity standards.
