对47份不同来源的黄精进行生长期、产量及多糖含量的分析。黄精的生长期为58~245 d,种植3 a的黄精产量为17。50~199。67 g,多糖含量范围为7。08%~26。28%。生长期与产量和多糖含量呈极显著正相关,根茎产量和多糖含量相关性不显著。有9份种源为综合性优质种源。本研究为黄精资源在福建三明地区的合理应用、引种驯化及优良品种选育提供理论依据。
Analysis of adaptability,yield and polysaccharide content of Polygonatum sibiricum from different sources
The growth period,yield and polysaccharide content of 47 samples of Polygonatum sibiricum from different sources were analyzed.The growth period of Polygonatum sibiricum was 58-245 days,the tuber weight of Polygonatum sibiricum was 17.50-199.67 g,and the polysaccharide content ranged 7.08%-26.28%.There was a significant positive correlation between growth period and yield,polysaccharide content,but there was no significant correlation between rhizome yield and polysaccharide content.9 materials showed comprehensive high quality.This study provides a theoretical basis for the rational application,introduction and domestication of Polygonatum sibiricum resources and the breeding of excellent varieties in Sanming Area of Fujian Province.
