Analysis of quality differences in post harvest storage of double season sorghum
16 sorghum germplasm resources were collected,double-cropping method was used, and the difference of grain composition content of sorghum was detected after 1 year of storage. The contents of total phenols, total flavonoids, total free amino acids, tannins, crude fiber, crude fat, soluble protein, total soluble sugars, amylose and anthocyanins in sorghum grains in the main season and regeneration season after 1 year of storage were different.Through the quality analysis,it was found that after 1 year of storage, some quality indicators in some varieties decreased, indicating that the storage time of these varieties should not be too long. However, quality indicators of some varieties increased, indicating that prolonging the storage time was conducive to the accumulation of quality index content of these varieties, and they are suitable as raw materials and feed for winemaking. This study provides a theoretical basis for post harvest storage and preservation of sorghum grains, and has certain guiding significance for the breeding of sorghum varieties and the selection of raw materials for winemaking in the future.
