土壤酸化条件下植物响应铝毒时钙与铝交互作用的研究进展

随着土壤酸化问题日益严重,铝(Al)毒已成为我国酸性土壤中作物生长和粮食生产的主要限制因子之一。Al3+通过与植物细胞骨架相互作用,对植物根系生理功能和形态建成造成不利影响。当前,Al毒害及植物耐A1机制尚不清晰。钙(Ca)作为植物生长必需的矿质元素,胞内自由Ca2+作为第二信使在植物正常的生长发育以及抗逆响应过程中发挥着重要作用。Ca和Al的互作关系早已引起研究人员的关注,已有相关研究证实Ca能缓解Al毒害的影响。本文主要综述了近年来植物响应Al毒时Ca和Al交互作用的研究进展,并简要论述展望今后的研究方向。
Research progress on the interaction between calcium and a luminum in plant response to aluminum toxicity under soil acidification
With the increasing problem of soil acidification,aluminum(Al)toxicity has become one of the main limiting factors for crop growth and food production in acidic soils of China.Al3+adversely affects plant root physiological functions and morphogenesis by interacting with plant cytoskeleton.At present,plant response to Al toxicity and the mechanism of Al tolerance are still unclear.As a second messenger,calcium(Ca)is an essential mineral element for plant growth,intracellular free Ca2+plays an important role in plant growth,development and stress resistance.The interaction between Ca and Al has attracted the attention of researchers.Relevant studies have confirmed that Ca can alleviate the effects of Al toxicity.This article reviews the recent progress in the research on the interaction between Ca and Al in response to Al toxicity in plants,and briefly discusses the future research directions.
