摘要
有效的师创融通体系能够促进师范生的自我发展.论文在师范生创新创业内涵解读基础上,首先,引入洋葱模型由里到外从态度维、知识维与技能维建立师范生创新创业能力框架;其次,基于高校内部协同的自循环系统与外部利益相关者的支持系统,构建"内合外联"的师创融通体系;最后,从厘定主导要素、塑造实践方式以及建立保障机制三个层面构建师范生创新创业能力培养的师创融通路径.
Abstract
An effective teacher-innovation integration system can promote the self-development of normal school students.Based on the interpretation of the connotation of innovation and entrepreneurship of normal school students,this paper first introduces the"onion model"to establish a framework for their innovation and entrepreneurship abilities,encompassing the dimensions of attitude,knowledge,and skill,from the inside out.Secondly,based on the self-circulating system within the university and the support system of external stakeholders,a teacher-innovation integration system of"internal integration and external connection"is con-structed.Finally,a teacher-innovation integration path for cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship abilities of normal school students is formulated,encompassing three key levels:defining the dominant factors,shaping the practice modes,and establishing the guarantee mechanism.
