非洲媒体发展态势及中非媒体合作路径探析

摘要
媒体交流是中非合作的重要组成部分.当前,非洲媒体正处于转型变革的关键时期,传统媒体呈两极分化发展态势,数字媒体快速崛起,非洲媒体格局得以重塑.非洲媒体面临资金短缺、媒体专业人才培训不足、数字鸿沟扩大、外部环境不稳定等挑战及其引发的连锁问题.为助力非洲媒体更好地适应新媒体技术,共同讲好新时代中非故事,文章在总结中非媒体以往合作成效与不足的基础上,提出新的合作路径:一是加强媒体内容共享,打破西方负面叙事范式,发出全球南方强音;二是加大中非媒体人才培训合作力度,助力非洲培养新一代媒体人才,推动非洲媒体融合发展;三是助力非洲弥合数字鸿沟,增进中非对彼此传播制度和理念的相互了解,促使非洲媒体在国家建设中发挥更大作用.
Abstract
Media exchange is a crucial part of China-Africa cooperation.Currently,African media is un-dergoing a critical transformation,with traditional media developing in a polarized manner and digital media rapidly rising,reshaping the media landscape in Africa.At the same time,African media faces challenges such as funding shortages,insufficient training for media professionals,an expanding digital divide,and an unstable external environment,along with the chain reactions these issues cause.To help African media better adapt to new media technologies and effectively tell the China-Africa story in the new era,this paper proposes new cooperation paths based on a summary of past achievements and shortcomings in China-Africa media col-laboration:first,strengthen content sharing among media to break the negative narrative paradigm from the West and amplify the voices of the Global South;second,enhance cooperation in training media talents to help Africa cultivate a new generation of media professionals and promote the development of media convergence in Africa;third,assist Africa in bridging the digital divide,enhance the mutual understanding of each other's communication systems and concepts,and enable African media to play a more constructive role in national development.
