摘要

随着教师情绪问题和压力的日益凸显,教师情绪劳动也受到越来越多的关注.运用CiteSpace软件对中国知网(CNKI)数据库中有关教师情绪劳动研究文献的时空分布、研究热点、历时特征等进行可视化分析,结果发现:我国教师情绪劳动研究整体呈现不断丰富的态势;形成了核心作家群和师范类高校为引领的研究阵地;相关研究主题主要聚焦于教师情绪劳动内涵、教师情绪劳动策略、教师情绪劳动效应效果以及教师情绪劳动的影响因素等内容.未来,教师情绪劳动研究需要进一步探索教师情绪劳动的本土特征、关注学科和特殊群体教师研究、推进跨学科多维度研究的发展.

Abstract

Given the significant impact of teachers'emotions on educational work,the emotional labor of teachers has garnered increasing attention.This study employs CiteSpace software to conduct a visual analysis of the spatial and temporal distribution,research hotspots,and diachronic characteristics of research on teach-ers'emotional labor within the CNKI database.The findings indicate that research on teachers'emotional la-bor in China is showing a positive development trend;a core group of authors has emerged,and normal uni-versities are leading the research field.Relevant research topics primarily focus on the connotation of teachers'emotional labor,strategies for teachers'emotional labor,the effects of teachers'emotional labor,and the in-fluencing factors of teachers'emotional labor.Future research on teachers'emotional labor should focus on its local characteristics,emphasize studies of specific disciplines and special groups,and promote the develop-ment of interdisciplinary and multidimensional studies.
