The Changes of Ming and Qing Dynasties and Reconstruction of Jiangnan Literary Landscape
From the Ming Dynasty to early Kangxi period of Qing Dynasty,Suzhou was undoubt-edly the center of literary creation and activities in entire Jiangnan region.In the late Ming and early Qing dynasty,literature in Hangzhou and Changzhou experienced significant development.By the mid to late Kangxi period,they had formed a tripartite relationship with Suzhou.The literary development in other regions of Jiangnan also underwent varying degrees of changes during the Ming and Qing dynasty.The literary landscape of Jiangnan region was reconstructed in the Qing Dynasty.The emergence of this situation is fundamentally related to the change from Ming to Qing dynasty.
