数字基础设施政策如何影响工业自动化?

本文基于中国省级层面数字基础设施政策文本数据,实证检验了数字基础设施政策对工业自动化的影响.研究发现:数字基础设施政策的实施促进了工业自动化发展,且当产业结构高级化、对外开放水平达到一定"门槛"后,相应政策的积极影响更为明显.机制分析表明:数字基础设施政策能在增加地区科技投入和加剧市场竞争程度的同时,提高政府对企业的扶持力度并增强企业自身融资能力,从而促进工业自动化发展.异质性分析表明:数字基础设施政策的实施对工业自动化发展的促进作用在非国有企业中更为明显.本文的结论可为更好发挥政府作用、积极推动中国智能制造发展提供有益参考.
How the Digital Infrastructure Policy Affects the Industrial Automation?
Using the policy texts of digital infrastructure construction in China,this paper empiri-cally tests how the digital infrastructure policy affects industrial automation,and further tests which fac-tors will affect the effect of the policy.The results show that digital infrastructure policy promotes indus-trial automation and the positive impact of the policy is more pronounced when the advanced industrial structure or the external direct investment reaches a certain"threshold".Mechanism analysis finds that the digital infrastructure policy can not only promote the regional investment in science and technology and intensify competition in the marketplace,but also strengthen government support and enterprise fi-nancing ability,thus promoting the development of industrial automation.Heterogeneity analysis finds that the promotion effect of digital infrastructure policy on industrial automation is more obvious in non-state-owned enterprises.The conclusion of this article can provide a useful reference for better playing the role of the government and actively promoting intelligent manufacturing in China.
