The system of constitutional review of laws has been gradually promoted for a consider-able period,influenced by various factors such as concepts,systems,and procedures.Against the back-drop of the 20th National Congress of the CPC's official report proposing to"improving the systems for ensuring the full compliance with the Constitution",implementing constitutional review in legislation undoubtedly holds significant importance in perfecting constitutional supervision system from both theo-retical and practical perspectives.It is imperative to enhance the constitutional review process for draft laws through reliance on a comprehensive constitutional explanation system while designing a scientif-ic,reasonable,and feasible mechanism and procedure for reviewing law implementation stages based on China's constitutional supervision system.Furthermore,constructing an all-encompassing pre-and post-event link for constitutional review will realize the effective supervision of the constitutionality of laws.Ultimately,conducting a thorough examination of laws contributes to safeguarding the authority of both the Constitution and legal framework while promoting its complete implementation and expedit-ing construction towards socialist country that follows the rule of law.
