Innovation Networks,Digital Orientation and Enterprise Digital Transformation
This research systematically examines the influence and mechanisms of enterprises'in-novation networks on their digital transformation,utilizing A-share listed enterprises on the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges from 2011 to 2021 as the research sample.Research has shown that ex-panding the breadth and increasing the strength of innovation networks can help promote digital transfor-mation in enterprises;Mechanism analysis shows that expanding the breadth and increasing the strength of innovation networks are beneficial for strengthening digital orientation and promoting digital transfor-mation of enterprises,while internal differences among executive team members play a moderating role in this process;Heterogeneity analysis shows that the effect of expanding the breadth and enhancing the strength of innovation networks to promote digital transformation of enterprises is more pronounced in large enterprises.
