摘要
浙江省水资源空间分布不均且年际变化大，人均水资源占有量偏少。非常规水源开发是推进节水型社会建设、落实最严格水资源管理制度的重要举措。在节水型社会建设过程中，浙江省已将非常规水源开发利用逐步纳入水资源统一配置，对于缓解水资源供需矛盾、促进水资源合理利用、支撑经济社会可持续发展具有重要作用。介绍了浙江省在节水型社会建设过程中非常规水源利用现状和管理经验，为应用推广提出了对策和措施。
Abstract
Because of uneven spatial distribution and large interannual variability of water resources and a low per capita water resources capacity in Zhejiang Province ,unconventional water development has become an important initiative to promote water-saving society and implement the most stringent water management system . During the process of water - saving society development ,unconventional water resources development and utilization has gradually been included in a unified configuration in the Zhejiang Province .All of these play an important role in easing the contradiction between water supply and demand ,promoting the rational use of water resources , and supporting sustainable economic and social development . This paper introduced the utilization status and management experience of unconventional water resources during the water-saving society building ,and then proposed strategies and measures to promote the application .
