Navigation Depth Guarantee Rate of the Inlet Channel in the Macro-tidal Estuary:Taking Shangyu Liquid Chemical Wharf Project as an Example
The Qiantang River estuary is characterized by macro-tide and rapid current, and the riverbed is significantly eroded and silted. Therefore, the mainstream swings frequently and the route is unstable, which is not conducive to ship navigation and wharf operation.Taking Shangyu Liquid Chemical Wharf Project as an example, based on the analysis of long time series of field data, the evolution mechanism of river bed in this reach is deduced, and then the navigation depth guarantee rate of the inlet channel in the macro-tidal estuary is obtained. Finally, the conditions and optimization suggestions for the navigation of the wharf are proposed.
