林则徐在湖北的防洪救灾实践和堤防工程管理思想

摘要
林则徐在各地从政期间,对其管辖范围内的各类水利工程采取了不少科学有效的工程管理措施.着重分析林则徐在湖北的防灾救灾减灾措施和防汛工作措施,通过《修筑堤工章程》研究林则徐的堤防工程施工管理措施,进而大致了解林则徐的治水科学思想,为充实林则徐科学思想研究提供有价值的参考.
Abstract
During his political career in various regions,Lin Zexu adopted many scientific and effective engineering management measures for various water conservancy projects within his jurisdiction.This article focuses on analyzing Lin Zexu's disaster prevention,relief and disaster reduction measures as well as flood control measures in Hubei.Through the Regulations on Building Embankments,it studies Lin Zexu's construction management measures for embankment projects,and thus roughly understands his scientific ideas on water management,providing valuable references for enriching the research on Lin Zexu's scientific thoughts.
