摘要
基于浙江省水利工程不动产确权登记工作概况,归纳浙江省不动产确权登记实践中的典型做法,分析实践中存在的资料不全、权属不清、依据不足、用途交叉等主要问题,通过深入思考提出完善规章制度、调整土地用途、加强技术支持、推动融资试点等有针对性的建议意见,以促进水利工程不动产确权登记取得新突破.
Abstract
Based on the general situation of real estate confirmation registration of water conservancy projects in Zhejiang Province,this paper sums up the typical practices of real estate confirmation registration in Zhejiang Province,analyzes the main problems existing in practice,such as incomplete data,unclear ownership,insufficient basis and overlapping uses,and puts forward some suggestions,such as perfecting the rules and regulations,adjusting the land use,strengthening technical support and promoting the financing pilot,etc.It aims to promote the real estate registration of water conservancy projects to make a new breakthrough.
