基于ANSYS仿真的大体积混凝土温控方案确定研究

为了科学确定泵房底板大体积混凝土温控施工方案,选用ANSYS软件作为分析工具,初步选择冷却水管和跳仓法结合的温控方案,针对不同的冷却水管布置形式和跳仓法施工参数,拟定6组温控方案,利用线单元模拟冷却水管、"单元生死"模拟跳仓法施工技术,对拟定的温控方案进行温控仿真分析,得出最优温控方案.该方法可以实现对大体积混凝土不同温控方案的优化比选,为温控方案的科学确定提供必要的决策指导.
Research on Temperature Control Scheme Determination of Mass Concrete Based on ANSYS Simulation
In order to scientifically determine the temperature control construction scheme of mass concrete in the bottom plate of pump room,ANSYS software is selected as the analysis tool,and the temperature control scheme combining cooling water pipe and jump warehouse method is preliminarily selected.According to different layout forms of cooling water pipe and construction parameters of jump warehouse method,six groups of temperature control schemes are drawn up.The line unit is used to simulate the cooling water pipe,and the"unit life and death"is used to simulate the construction technology of jump warehouse method.The temperature control simulation analysis of the proposed temperature control scheme is carried out,and finally the optimal set of temperature control schemes is obtained.This method can realize the optimal comparison and selection of different temperature control schemes for mass concrete,so as to determine the optimal temperature control scheme.This method can provide necessary decision-making guidance for the scientific determination of temperature control schemes.
