数字孪生椒江"四预"平台建设实践

为进一步提升椒江流域水治理管理能力,运用数字孪生、知识图谱、大数据、云计算等新技术,从构建BIM+GIS数字孪生大场景出发,以水利工程为单元,以河流为脉络,以流域为核心,进行数字孪生椒江"四预"平台建设实践,打造全国数字孪生流域样板.针对当前水利业务存在数据底板精度低、数据更新不及时、部门联动不足等痛点问题,从数据融合、结果展现、模型耦合、体制机制创新、共建共享共防等方面进行探索突破,以期为其他受洪潮涝影响的沿海地区数字孪生"四预"平台提供思路借鉴与案例支撑.
The Digital Twin of Jiaojiang River"Four Precautions"Platform Construction Practice
In order to further enhance the water management capacity of the Jiaojiang River basin,we are using new technologies such as digital twin,knowledge mapping,big data and cloud computing to build a BIM+GIS digital twin scenario,taking water conservancy projects as a unit,rivers as a vein and watersheds as a core,to build a digital twin Jiaojiang"Four Precautions"platform and create a sample of national digital twin basin model.In order to address the painful issues of low accuracy of data base,untimely data update and lack of departmental linkage in the current water resources business,a breakthrough was explored in terms of data integration,result presentation,model coupling,institutional innovation and co-construction and sharing,with a view to provide a digital twin"Four Precautions"platform for other coastal areas affected by floods and tides.It is expected to provide ideas and case support for other coastal areas affected by flooding.
