摘要

小口径钢顶管由于能灵活穿越部分障碍物,且对环境友好、施工效率高、综合成本低,被广泛应用于给水、燃气等管道建设.然而,长距离顶进仍存在顶力较大、测量纠偏困难、内部作业空间小、施工效率低等问题.针对绍兴市北部区域供水保障工程,分析复杂工况下DN1 600钢顶管2次长距离穿越曹娥江的施工难点,提出适用于小口径长距离钢顶管的施工控制措施.

Abstract

Small diameter steel pipe jacking is widely used in the construction of water supply and gas pipelines because of its flexibility to pass through some obstacles,environmental friendliness,high construction efficiency and low comprehensive cost.However,there are still some problems such as large jacking force,difficulty in measuring and correcting deviation,small internal working space and low construction efficiency.Based on the regional water supply guarantee project in the northern part of Shaoxing City,the construction difficulties of DN1 600 steel pipe jacking across the Cao'e River twice under complex working conditions are analyzed.The construction control measures suitable for small diameter long distance steel pipe jacking are put forward.
