In recent years,extreme weather events tend to be more frequent,more intense and more extensive,and rainstorm,flood,drought and other disasters become more and more sudden,extreme and abnormal.The water conservancy department of Zhejiang Province adheres to the concept of"putting people first and life first",and based on the principles of"preventing major floods,seizing major risks,and rescuing major disasters",has proposed a new concept of"pre team and modular equipment"in the storage and management of water conservancy flood prevention materials and the construction of rescue teams.Practice has shown that"equipment modularization"has greatly improved the efficiency of rescue and the effectiveness of equipment use,and strengthened the safety guarantee of rescue team members.
