By analyzing the existing official documents and relevant historical materials of Fu Bi during his tenure as governor of Qingzhou in the Northern Song Dynasty,the reasons for his successful disaster relief were analyzed,and his reform and innovation of the traditional disaster relief model in the Northern Song Dynasty were studied.This provides valuable reference for the study of ancient Chinese disaster relief history and contemporary disaster relief work.
