Application of Assembly Ecological Empty-box Revetments in Protection Projects for Rivers with High Flow Rate
In response to the poor resistance of traditional ecological revetments to flood erosion with high flow rate,the article proposed a new type of assembly ecological empty-box revetments that had not yet been applied in the field of water conservancy engineering.The required anti-erosion size was determined through calculation,and different types of components were compared through sizes and ecological effects.The results showed that assembly ecological empty-box revetments had obvious advantages in the field of ecological rivers with high flow rate.It can not only resist floods with high flow rate,but also possesses ecological effects.Based on the Comprehensive Treatment Project of Shijiazi River in Chaoyang,this article proceeded further comparison of assembly ecological empty-box revetments.Ultimately,a type of stepped block structure was adopted and designed,which had better ecological landscape effects.Assembly ecological empty-box revetments are worthy of widespread promotion in the field of water conservancy engineering,which can provide references for the study of treatment schemes for ecological rivers with similar high flow rates.
