Research on the Soil and Water Loss Prevention and Control Optimization Strategy of Forest Land in Wenzhou Based on the Target Orientation of Soil and Water Conservation Rate
Soil and water conservation rate has become a mandatory indicator for ecological protection and high-quality development in the new era.Forest land is the main land type in Wenzhou.Optimal management of the soil and water loss in forest land is the key to improving the soil and water conservation rate in Wenzhou in the near future.Referring to the method for determining the soil and water conservation rate set by the Ministry of Water Resources, the spatial distribution of soil and water loss in forest land in Wenzhou was studied based on GIS/RS.The results show that the area of soil and water loss in current forest land in Wenzhou that can be completely controlled is 197.03 km2,while the area of soil and water loss that cannot be completely controlled is 919.87 km2.In this study, the goals for preventing and controlling soil and water loss in forest land are quantified based on factors such as slope and vegetation coverage, and are combined with the optimization of forest land construction to formulate strategies for preventing and controlling soil and water loss in Wenzhou.
