摘要
简述蓄水洞库的发展背景,分析蓄水洞库在用地、安全、环境、水质等方面具有的显著优势以及投资高、规模小、施工条件差等劣势;提出按调蓄方式、压力状态和水流动力类别等对蓄水洞库进行分类,叙述各类洞库的特征;讨论蓄水洞库建设的关键技术,包括洞库的选址、总体布置、结构设计、进出口及配套设施设计、防渗和排水设计、水和空气动力设计、水质模拟、地下工程施工、计算分析等;提供一个规划案例,阐释蓄水洞库在防洪排涝和水资源开发利用等方面的优势.结果表明:蓄水洞库有征地少、安全程度高等显著优势,但其水气动力控制、污染物在洞库内的转化和降解规律等问题仍需开展研究和探索.
Abstract
This paper briefly describes the development background of water storage caverns,analyzes the significant advantages of water storage caverns in land use,safety,environment,water quality,and other aspects,as well as the disadvantages of high investment,small scale,poor construction conditions.It proposes classification of water storage caverns based on regulation and storage methods,pressure states,and water flow dynamics categories,and described the characteristics of each type of cavern.It discusses the key technologies for the construction of water storage caverns,including site selection,overall layout,structural design,inlet and outlet and supporting facilities design,anti-seepage and drainage design,water and aerodynamic design,water quality simulation,underground engineering construction,calculation and analysis,etc.Finally,a planning case is provided to illustrate the advantages of water storage caverns in flood control,drainage,and water resource development and utilization.The results indicate that water storage caverns have significant advantages such as less land acquisition and higher safety levels.Research and exploration are needed on issues such as water and gas dynamics control,and the transformation and degradation laws of pollutants inside the caverns.
