Starting from the phenomenon and concept of contemporary water administration,this paper explains the context of the administrative development of the Qiantang River.Because of the revision of regulations,institutional reforms,and the connection after the reform of the comprehensive integration of administrative law enforcement in Zhejiang Province,the water administrative concept of the Qiantang River is unclear,the mechanism operation is not smooth,and the lack water supervision may due to certain risks.Based on this problem,the substantial connotation and operation specifications of the three dimensions of regulations,reforms,and institutional teams are urgently needed to clarify the causes and countermeasures of the special issue of"river and sea boundary delineation"in Zhejiang Province,and to propose the path to solve the administrative problem of the current Qiantang River water administrative issues.
