摘要
随着国家水网的建设推进,县级水网成为完善供水、防洪、生态"最后一公里"的关键一步.聚焦县级水网规划的定位,研究提出以构建水网格局为本、完善三大功能为基、数字孪生水网赋能、管理改革创新增效的县级水网建设路径.根据国家水网、浙江水网和温州水网的建设部署,对标全国首批县级水网先导区建设案例和浙江省县级水网先行区建设要求,以平阳水网为例进行实践探索.
Abstract
With the construction of the national water network,the county-level water network has become a key step to improve the"last kilometer"of water supply,flood control and ecology.Focusing on the position of the county-level water network planning,the county-level water network construction path is formed based on the construction of water network pattern,improving the three functions,enabling the digital twin water network,and improving management reform.According to the construction and deployment of the national water network,Zhejiang water network and Wenzhou water network,a County-Level prachce was made by taking Pingyang water network as an example and aligning with,the construction cases of the national first county level water network pilot area and the construction requirements of county level water network pilot area in Zhejiang Province.
