Haining,as a typical plain river network system,has gradually completed the water ecological construction relying on the scientific research cooperation and theoretical exchange since the 1990s.In recent years,a series of major ecological river construction projects are implemented in Haining.After the series of demonstration rivers and beautiful rivers program in the 13th Five-year Plan Period,the"Clear Water Action"is initiated in the 14th Five-year Plan Period to realize"water surrounding village","water surrounding township"and"water surrounding city".It plans to make fully organic integration of the ecological rivers and healthy rivers,and has accumulated certain experience.The practice lays a sound foundation for reproducing the health and original water villages in southern regions of the Yangtze River.
