Analysis and Evaluation of Differences of Plankton Community Structure in Urban Rivers of Hangzhou
Surface water quality and ecological community structure of the urban river were investigated in 7 sections of 6 rivers in the urban area of Hangzhou in 2023.Redundance analysis(RDA)was applied to study the impact of environmental factors. The results showed that the comprehensive water quality of the 7 monitoring points met the Class Ⅳ standard for surface water environmental quality throughout the year.A total of 6 phyla and 65 species of phytoplankton were identified in the water, with diatomata and chlorophyta as the most abundant species with an annual average abundance of 1.79× 106 cells/L,indicating a relatively low level of biodiversity. In terms of zooplankton,a total of 3 classes and 45 species were observed.Among them,an annual average abundance of 35.3 ind./L,suggesting a relatively uniform community composition. The habitat heterogeneity among the sampling sites led to the differences in the community structure of planktonic organisms. The species diversity index(H')for phytoplankton and zooplankton among the sampling sites were 0.75~2.40 and 1.21~2.44,respectively,while the abundance index(D)were 0.20~1.63 and 1.40~4.54,and the evenness index(J)ranges were 0.26~0.89 and 0.64~0.94,respectively.Redundancy analysis(RDA)indicated that pH were the important influencing factors on the community structure of planktonic organisms.
