Water conservancy projects are often defined as public welfare projects,and their benefits are generally classified as social benefits and environmental benefits,and the ones that can produce direct economic benefits are relatively limited.The decisive role in the allocation,enhancing the vitality of water conservancy development,that is,the market force,is becoming the focus of the water conservancy investment and financing reform in the future,and the reform of the national economy and financial evaluation system of water conservancy projects has become the key to activating the vitality of the water conservancy project investment and financing market.This paper puts forward some thoughts on the reform of the national economy and financial evaluation system of water conservancy projects from the perspective of macro thinking,which can provide ideas for re-examining the economic benefits of water conservancy projects.
