摘要

水利信息化是水利高质量发展的基本标志和重要内容,近年来我国水利信息化建设取得长足发展,但如何做好工程信息化系统的概预算,尤其是软件系统的概预算一直是信息化系统设计建设过程中的难题之一,其中,软件项目的工程量又是软件成本评估的关键.梳理分析软件工程量主要的评估方法和技术,结合某市水利工程建设期管理应用系统的信息化项目投资资料进行研究分析,推荐采用快速功能点法测算工程量,为今后水利信息化软件工程量计列提供参考,推动水利软件概预算工作的合理性与标准化.

Abstract

Water conservancy informatization is the basic symbol and important content of water conservancy modernization.In recent years,China's water conservancy informatization construction has made great progress.However,how to do a good job in the preliminary budget of engineering informatization system,especially the preliminary budget of software system,has always been one of the difficulties in the process of information system design and construction.Among them,the engineering quantity of software projects is the key to software cost evaluation.This paper summarizes and analyzes the main evaluation methods and techniques for software engineering quantity,and combines them with the information project investment data of a certain city's water conservancy project construction period management application system to conduct research.It is recommended to use the fast function point method to calculate the engineering quantity,providing reference for future water conservancy information software engineering quantity calculation,and promoting the rationality and standardization of water conservancy software preliminary budget work.
