西溪水库大坝安全监测仪器可靠性评价

西溪水库大坝安全监测系统近年来逐渐出现了部分监测仪器老化和损坏、测值不稳定和规律性差及精度下降等现象,影响大坝安全监测和评价效果。根据水库大坝安全监测系统布置及监测仪器情况,从安全监测项目的完备性评价、监测仪器现场检测评价、监测仪器可靠性评价等三个方面对大坝安全监测仪器的运行状态进行综合分析评价。结论认为,大坝安全监测项目完备性较好,部分项目或测点仪器损坏,大坝安全监测仪器正常工作率一般。
Reliability Evaluation on Dam Safety Monitoring Instrument of Xixi Reservoir
Some monitoring instrument in dam safety monitoring system of Xixi Reservoir is aging and damaged gradually in recent years , resulting in unsteady measured values , poor regularity and precision , which affects the effect of dam safety monitoring and evaluation .According to the layout of dam safety monitoring system and the arrangement of monitoring in -strument, the running status of dam safety monitoring instrument is analyzed and evaluated in 3 aspects, that is, the com-pleteness evaluation of safety monitoring project , field detection and evaluation of monitoring instrument , and reliability e-valuation of the monitoring equipment .It can be concluded that the dam safety monitoring project is perfectly complete , the instrument in some parts or survey points is damage , and the normal work rate of the dam safety monitoring instrument seems fine.
