Urban Waterlogging Risk Assessment Based on AHP-Entropy Method:Case Study of Binjiang District
In response to the current frequent occurrence of urban waterlogging disasters,an evaluation index sys-tem is established from four aspects:the risk of disaster factors, the sensitivity of disaster environment, the vul-nerability of disaster bearing bodies, and the ability to prevent and reduce disasters. The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)combined with entropy weight method is used to evaluate the Binjiang District of Hangzhou City, and historical waterlogging points are compared. The results show that the risk of waterlogging in Binjiang Dis-trict is relatively high, with high and medium high risk areas accounting for 37.4%,mainly distributed in the coastal areas of the Qiantang River and low-lying areas in the central region. The proportion of medium risk areas is 29.3%,mainly concentrated near Beitang River in the central part of Binjiang District, and the proportion of medium low and low risk areas is 33.3%,mainly located in the southeast of Binjiang District. The medium high risk are-as are basically consistent with existing waterlogging points and there are certain spatial differences in the risk areas.
