基于移动模架的大型桥梁现浇简支梁施工分析

结合磴口黄河特大桥工程案例,详细分析移动模架现浇简支梁的具体施工应用。在该工程施工时,从上行式移动模架的结构功能入手,按照上行式移动模架的拼装步骤进行拼装。工程实践表明,把控好移动模架的拼装质量及做好各施工关键工序的高效衔接,可有效避免桥梁下方复杂环境对模架搭设所造成的不利影响,按期完成施工任务,施工效果显著。经验证,此项技术具有可靠性,值得同类工程参考借鉴。
Construction Analysis of Large Bridge Cast-in-place Simply Supported Beam Based on Moving Mold Frame
The application of moving mold frame in the construction of cast-in-place simple supported beams is in-troduced combined with the actual case of Dengkou Yellow River Bridge Project.Starting from the structural function of the moving mold frame,according to the assembly steps of the moving mold frame,the concrete con-struction application of the moving mold frame cast-in-place simple supported beams is analyzed in detail.It is concluded by the engineering practice that controlling the assembly quality of moving mold frame and making the efficient connection of the key construction processes,the adverse effects caused by the complex environment un-der the bridge can be effectively solved,and the construction can be completed on schedule with remarkable con-struction effect.At the same time,the reliability of this technology is verified,which is worthy of reference for similar projects.
