Environmental Effect Evaluation and Countermeasure Analysis of Water Diversion in Eastern Zhejiang
The Water Diversion Project in Eastern Zhejiang was a major project for comprehensive allocation and utilization of water resources.The environmental effects of Qiantang River,Cao'e River and Yaojiang River were comprehensively evaluated based on this project from the perspectives of hydrology and water quality.The results indicate that the negative effected can be ignored.For the subsequent management,seven countermeasures were proposed,including strengthening administrative management,rationally allocating water resources,delimi-ting protected areas,adjusting industrial structure,eliminating outdated production capacity,strengthening source management,and improving the reuse rate of reclaimed water,providing references for cross-regional water re-sources allocation and operation and water environment protection in the future.
