Exploration on Quality and Safety Supervision of Lock Engineering in Upstream of Beizhi River
The lack of personnel in grass-roots water conservancy quality supervision institutions makes it difficult to achieve high standards and requirements for quality and safety supervision of large and medium-sized water conservancy projects.In order to solve this contradiction,the problems and improvement measures in quality and safety supervision of the lock engineering in upstream of Beizhi River in Fuyang District are analyzed.Various measures such as improving the working mechanism,the government-supported purchasing,enriching technical strength,formula-ting quality supervision plans,and carrying out quality supervision activities have achieved comprehensive results,which provides feasible cases for grass-roots water quality supervision institutions to undertake quality and safety supervision of large and medium-sized water conservancy projects,and also offers references for the government to further deepen in-stitutional reform and streamline administration and delegate power.
