为探讨不良地质条件下的地铁车站主体结构开挖及复合型支护施工方案,结合青岛地铁5号线麦岛站实际情况,立足施工的重难点,分析了不良地质条件下,地铁车站主体结构开挖和复合型支护施工技术的关键要点和注意事项,并展示了具体的应用效果.研究结果表明,开挖和支护是地铁车站主体结构施工的关键工序,一旦遇到复杂多变的地质条件,开挖和支护的难度会大幅提升.为更好地保障施工质量和安全性,在具体施工中须根据车站主体所在区域的地质水文条件、围岩岩性及施工重难点,严控爆破施工参数,并采用环形台阶法开挖及复合型支护方式,保证复杂地质条件下,地铁车站主体结构施工顺利完成.
Excavation and Composite Support of Main Structure of Subway Station Under Unfavorable Geology
In order to discuss the excavation and composite support construction of metro station main structure under unfavorable geological conditions,combined with the actual situation of Maidao Station of Qingdao Metro Line 5,the key points and precautions of the excavation and composite support construction technology of metro station main structure under unfavorable geological conditions are analyzed based on the construction difficulties,and the specific application effects are proposed.The research shows that excavation and support are the key processes in the construction of metro station main structure,and the difficulty of excavation and support will be greatly increased once the complex and changeable geological conditions are encountered.In order to better guar-antee the construction quality and safety,blasting construction parameters should be strictly controlled according to the geological and hydrological conditions of the area where the main body of the station is located,the litholo-gy of surrounding rock and the major and difficult points of construction.Annular step excavation and composite support methods should be adopted to ensure the smooth completion of the construction of the main structure of the subway station under complex geological conditions.
