Estimation of Weibull Distribution Parameters of Fatigue Life of Vehicle Chassis Based on Genetic Algorithm
In order to further explore the application of Weibull distribution in the reliability life evaluation process of mechanical components of automotive products,the estimation of Weibull distribution parameters is studied based on the principle of genetic algorithm and the determination of Weibull distribution parameters.The three-parameter Weibull distribution parameter is used to estimate the genetic algorithm model.After running the model,the unreliability of the benchmark comfort life is obtained,and three parameters of Weibull distribution of fatigue life of vehicle chassis are determined.The results show that the application of genetic algorithm to the estimation process of Weibull distribution parameters of automotive chassis fatigue life is more obvious,providing a more direct,simple and effective method for the estimation of automotive product parameters.
