Practice of Digital Reform on Efficiency Enhancement of River-chief System
In view of the problems existing in the informatization of river-chief system in Zhejiang,such as insuffi-cient acquisition and sharing of basic data,failure to promote the platform in a unified way and incomplete estab-lishment of collaborative network,the water control idea as"giving priority to water saving,keeping spatial bal-ance,conducting systematic governance and exerting bidirectional functions"serves as the guidance,the mecha-nism of river-and-lake-chief system is improved based on the fundamental requirements of overall intelligent gov-ernance with digital reform as the traction.It is believed to promote the river-chief system in depth so as to build a new digital management model of river-lake-chief system characterized by the integration of"Party and govern-ment leadership,departmental coordination and social participation".Practice has proved that the digital reform has accelerated the iterative upgrading of river-chief system in Zhejiang Province with higher modernization level in river-lake governance system and capacity.
