富水砂层盾构钢套筒接收施工技术研究

为研究富水砂层盾构钢套筒接收施工技术,结合西沙路站—国基路站区间实际情况,立足施工的重难点,分析钢套筒接收施工技术在富水砂层盾构施工中的应用。实践证明,钢套筒接收作为盾构施工的重难点,在具体施工中需结合工程项目所在区域的地质水文条件,钢套筒辅以注浆止水和弧形钢板封堵,实现以小空间换取大空间的盾构钢套筒接收施工。该施工技术能够有效克服盾构在接收过程中受接收端头加固质量影响的限制,有效解决水平冷冻法与传统盾构接收的工艺冲突,施工过程更易控制,能够保证钢套筒接收顺利完成,有效提升盾构施工效率和质量,可为类似工程施工提供相应的参考。
On Receiving Construction Technology of Shield Steel Sleeve in Water-rich Sand Layer
In order to study the steel sleeve receiving construction technology of water-rich sand shield,combined with the actual situation of Xisha Road Station to Guoji Road Station,based on the key and difficult points of construction,the application of steel sleeve receiving construction technology in water-rich sand shield construc-tion was analyzed.It is concluded from practice that steel sleeve reception is an important and difficult point in shield construction.In the concrete construction,it is necessary to combine the geological and hydrological condi-tions of the area where the project is located,and the steel sleeve is supplemented by grouting water sealing and curved steel plate sealing,so as to realize the shield steel sleeve reception construction with small space in ex-change for large space,which can effectively overcome the influence of the receiving end reinforcement quality in the receiving process of the shield.By effectively solving the process conflict between horizontal freezing method and traditional shield receiving,the construction process is easier to control,while ensuring the smooth comple-tion of steel sleeve receiving and improving the shield construction efficiency and quality,which can provide cor-responding reference and guidance for similar engineering construction.
