Analysis of Lifting Construction Technology for Steel Box Beam Segments of Elevated Bridges
In order to discuss the application of steel box girder segment lifting construction technology for elevat-ed bridges,combined with the actual situation of Jiangdong Avenue upgrading project,the application points and practical results of steel box girder segment lifting construction technology are analyzed based on the key and dif-ficult points of steel box girder segment lifting construction.The analysis results show that due to the large scale of the steel box girder of the elevated bridge,the overall lifting is difficult to achieve,so it is necessary to adopt the method of segmental lifting.Combined with the actual situation of the project site,targeted control should be carried out at the same time from the aspects of temporary pier erection,crane selection,test lifting,lifting point and wire rope selection,lifting accuracy control,and on-site welding,so as to complete the crossing of the exist-ing lines,reduce the impact on the traffic operation,and ensure the successful completion of the construction task of the steel box girder section of the elevated bridges.
